The Cache Valley New Horizons Orchestra will provide adults in our community with the opportunity to learn how to play a string instrument in an orchestral setting.  Orchestra members’ musical backgrounds will vary.  Some will have no previous musical experience while others may have played many years ago and have not touched their instrument in quite some time.  Regardless of their backgrounds, orchestra members will receive a quality music education and will experience the benefits of being part of a close musical community.  The Cache Valley NHO will also serve as a teacher training program for USU music education students.  The Cache Valley New Horizons Orchestra is sponsored by the Cache Valley Center for the Arts and the Department of Music at Utah State University and is a part of the New Horizons International Music Association
